Housing Resources

We are compiling a list of housing resources. There are thousand displaced, and housing is a nightmare for everyone. We will try to advocate for all of our veterans as well as we can.

We will be adding lists as we get them.

Beale AFB does have some housing available, it is only for 3 days a time unfortunately and is $60 a day. They do have rooms that can accommodate up to 4 people. Call (530) 634-3000

We have a Veterans Service Officer here that can help lead you in the right directions and get you through what is no doubt a very frustrating situation.

There are many needs that we know you have, and if we did not list it here, let us know what you need.

Compensation available other than FEMA

If you are a member of the American Legion or Sons of the American Legion there is a fund set up specifically to help. Applications are available with us.  Verification is needed for these programs.

United way has a program as well.  It does require an application.

  • All mail for Paradise, Magalia, Stirling City, and Forest Ranch will be at the 5th st Post Office. You will need an ID.
